Anyone who has had Costochondritis knows how painful and scary it can be. You rush to the hospital because you think it's your heart. The doctor does all the tests and clears your heart as healthy. He tells you it's Costochondritis, what do you do now? I was down with it for five weeks. I didn't want to move because of the pain, but that's the worst thing I could have done. I saw a physical therapist, and they helped the systems buy, having me move more. I wanted to find other ways to improve my pain at home. The first thing I found was BackPod. I discovered a physical therapist in New Zealand that describes how this small device can be a game-changer. I use it daily, and it worked for me.
