My journey to learn what true yoga is has taken me to lessons from a mistic that really explains how our minds can heal our bodies and that stress is the enemy of my chronic pain. It is something I have to practice every day! 
It is very hard for me to stop and take time for what I need. My family , work and home seem to take over in my mind. I give my everything to them because of my love for their happiness.
