My Home Physical Therapy

I am by no means a doctor or therapist but I do go to physical therapy a lot! I struggle with chronic pain and therapy is the best way for me to keep it in check. These really help strengthen my thoracic spine and helps me relieve pain in my shoulders. 

These are exercise that I do every day for my pain. Please don't start any new program without talking to your doctor especially if your in pain you could make it worse or cause injury.
