I am by no means a doctor or therapist but I do go to physical therapy a lot! I struggle with chronic pain and therapy is the best way for me to keep it in check. These are exercise that I do every day for my pain. Please don't start any new program without talking to your doctor especially if your in pain you could make it worse or cause injury.
