MY DAILY ROUTINE

I have spent most of my 40's in and out of pain. I have learned how to maintain my pain levels by physical therapists, yoga instructors and massage therapists. I am not a professional just a person that deals with chronic pain.
I live with very tight and stiff muscles that is caused by a lifestyle of working at a computer all day combined with stress and anxiety. I have learned that stress and anxiety also creates pain and stiffness.

I wanted to share my daily routine in one place so that I have somewhere to keep all the things I learn and use for new doctors or anyone else that can use this education.
