Physical therapy for chronic pain can be a very valuable tool, you may experience various treatments that may be used to decrease pain, improve your mobility, and help you fully function. They can work with you to get your pain under control and teach you ways to manage it. All of the exercises in my daily routine were given to me by my personal physical therapists and may not be the right ones for you. They also should me tools I can use to manage my trigger points and tight muscles groups.
